Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children at the age of 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School.
